Single shaft shredder for wood pallets
The low speed PS1300 safely and efficiently shreds wooden pallet scrap – up to 30 pallets per hour. With customers achieving a 4:1 volume reduction rate, benefits include tidier sites, optimised waste collections, and reduced disposal costs – in fact, the savings mean this machine could pay for itself in as little as 12 months.
Ease of use has been prioritised from the beginning. The self-feeding, pusher-free design auto-shreds pallets without the need for hydraulics, for ergonomic operation and maintenance simplicity. The rugged drive features an auto-reversing function if the motor overloads, plus foreign object protection for guaranteed uptime. Nails and screws are no problem, for example, and can easily be separated by a magnet on the discharge conveyor, for optimal output quality.
The result is a homogenous 30mm fraction, which can be used for natural landscaping mulch or a biomass fuel – a valuable resource which some organisations are even able to sell.
