One of them – Reinhard Fanninger, Sales & Business Development – will be visiting trade fairs in South Korea and Nigeria in August, September and October to inform interested parties about the wide range of applications for UNTHA's shredding technology.

Shredding technology
For decades, UNTHA's industrial shredders have been helping to recycle and reuse waste materials of all kinds more efficiently, economically and ecologically. Especially the UNTHA shredders in the XR model series are suitable, for example, for the recycling of material and waste streams such as commercial, industrial, domestic and bulky waste, waste wood, metals, rubber/used tyres as well as mattresses and pulper ropes. Depending on its composition, the output material can then be recycled or thermally utilised. In this way, material cycles are closed and fossil fuels and therefore CO2 emissions are saved.
The UNTHA XR can be customised to meet the requirements of different customers. Important factors are, for example, material composition and any impurities contained, intended use, desired throughput rate, etc. The selectable equipment features include: stationary or semi-mobile construction, different cutting units (RC, C, XC) and various perforated screens (25 to 300 mm). In addition, the drive power of the shredder can be adapted to the desired throughput rate or the input material. The shredders can also be used as stand-alone units or as part of larger processing systems with corresponding conveyor technology.
